More Lovely Works in Progress From February's Knit Night

Knit night found some knitting beautiful baby bonnets.
The Julep B patterns are available at the Studio.
This knitter used Classic Silk for her sunny yellow bonnet.

Have you seen the pretty boot toppers that knitters are creating?
This boot topper was created by Carolyn.
She used a fingering weight in a knobby stitch in the round.
She says the topper fits between the top of your boot and your pants.  Some wear them folded over the boot cuff.

Simple boot toppers

by Amy Seegers  is just one of many many boot topper patterns that are free on Ravelry.   If you have bits of yarn left over with no prior plans, they just may be waiting to be a pair of pretty boot toppers.

Finally,  Kristie joined Carolyn on the comfy couch and knitted her lovely ribbed cowl.  She used a Purl Soho pattern
that asked for a simple k2p2 ribbing.

The winds howled outside, but the Studio was warm and inviting to all.   We had fun sharing projects and encouraging one another.
Oh, and did we mention there were cookies?
